Sworn Chinese translations and Chinese interpreting

LBS - Language & Business Services was founded in 1996 by the current owner and manager Ms. Y. He. Since then LBS has expanded into a very successful company that specialises in the Asiatic market, with particular focus on China.

Ms. Y. He is Chinese by birth, but has lived and worked in Holland since 1990. After completing the highest-level study of Dutch as a foreign language, she then completed the study of the Japanese language and culture at the University of Leiden. She is a sworn interpreter and translator of Chinese and is registered in the Rbtv (Register beëdigde tolken en vertalers or Register of sworn interpreters and translators). In addition she is a certified interpreter, holding a diploma from the SIGV (Stichting Instituut van Gerechtstolken & Vertalersor Foundation Institute of Court Interpreters and Translators).

Together with her work for LBS, she has for many years been APAC (Asia Pacific language region) translation manager for a well-known multinational company, whereby she has built up a great deal of knowledge of software localisation and project management.

Chinese Translation Agency LBS has various collaboration ties with specialised companies in Asia and Europe, through which the best people can be assigned to each project.
